5 Gaffer Tape Tricks You Should Know

Save Your Footage From Being Formatted

This tip is great for filmmakers! If you’ve just pulled out a full memory card out of the camera, place a strip of  gaff tape on it to prevent it from going back into the camera. Keep that card taped until you’re done with the footage. If you put the card inside a case, use some more to tape the case shut. This is an easy way to help you keep track of all your cards. You can even use different colors to organize!

Fix Your Dance Shoes

If you’re a dancer, you know the struggle is real with slippery floors! A great temporary fix is to use some premium grade gaffer tape on the soles of it. It works great and the best part is, it won’t leave a sticky residue on the shoe when removed!
