When will my product ship after my purchase?

We ship out your product the very next business day after your purchase.

 When will I receive my product?

Usually, it takes between 5-7 days after it is shipped out. This includes preparation and travel time for your product to arrive to your destination.

Do you provide tracking IDs?

Yes, if you would like a tracking number after your order is shipped, it would be our pleasure to give it to you.

Where does the product ship from?

We use several warehouses across the US. The one closest to your area will be selected to expedite shipping times.

What is your return policy?

If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, or if you have received a broken or defective product, simply contact us at support@gafferpower.com. All of our products are fully guaranteed and we’ll be happy to issue a store credit. Please note that we can not accept returns or requests for refunds past 14 days.

How can I get free shipping?

 Purchase total must be minimum $35 USD or more after discounts, if applicable.
